Location: | You can find the three stars hotel Lunik close to the Wenceslas Square (about 10 minutes walk) or the metro station is very close to the hotel to take you around the city. The hotelīs building has 5 floors and was newly reconstructed in year 2005. There are lots of shops, restaurants, bars around. |
Rooms: | The accommodation is possible in 35 rooms in single, double and triple rooms with private shower and toilet. There are SAT TV, internet access, telephone, hair dryer, beds, wardrobe, bedside table and safe for 50,- CZK per day in each room. |
Services: | The non stop reception with pleasant staff can arrange for you tickets for cultural events, sightseeing tours, taxi transfers and fax services. You can buy some souvenirs at the reception desk and you can pay by credit card or in cash. If you are tired and do not want to use stairs you can use the hotelīs lift to your floor. There is a non stop bar. You can reserve 2 conference rooms - room "A" with the capacity for 32 pax and room "B" with the capacity for 12 pax. Note: | The building of the hotel has a great history - it was bought in the year 1924 by Mrs. Marie Skrivanova and the building was converted into to the hotel Skrivan. In March 1948 the state took over the ownership to Adolf Skrivan (son of Mrs.Skrivanova) and the hotel was nationalized by the Communist government. The hotel was renamed to Hotel Lunik in 1967. After 24 years, in 1991, the hotel was returned in the restitution to Adolf Skrivan and the hotel was completely reconstructed and opened again in 1992 October 1st. The original owner did not rename the hotel and it continues as a hotel Lunik till nowadays. The closest metro station is Namesti Miru - line A or I.P.Pavlova - line B. |
